Conflict Minerals

This is to confirm that, to the best of our knowledge, Elementis products do not contain conflict minerals. Conflict minerals are defined as columbite-tantalite (coltan) (contains tantalum), cassiterite (contains tin), gold, wolframite (contains tungsten) or their derivatives from the Democratic Republic of the Congo and its adjoining countries – Angola, Burundi, Central African Republic, Republic of the Congo, Rwanda, South Sudan, Tanzania, Uganda and Zambia.

None of these substances are intended ingredients of our products, and based upon information from our raw material suppliers, are not expected to be present in our products except as unknown contaminants at trace levels.
